You need to create custom Incident Types for your organisation so that incidents can be categorised in Dispatch.
To create an incident type, find the Incident Type section under Dispatch in the BroadNet Portal. ( Click the BN logo from within the dispatch screen to get back to the dashboard)
Enter your Incident Type and click 'Add Type of Incident':
Your Incident Type will now be available for use in BroadNet Dispatch.
To remove an incident type, just click on the trash icon:
