Creating Additional Dispatch Operators

Dispatch/Operator Accounts are users that you can add to your account that have access limited to events/teams they are assigned to, dispatch or dispatch and settings (except payment changes)


To create a new Dispatch user, first navigate to the Dispatch section in the BroadNet portal:



If this is the first time adding additional operators you will only see the account that was used to create the account.


From this screen client the "Add Dispatch User" (alternatively you may also see a "+" at the top right of the panel). You will see a modal that will allow you to add your new operator (please use a valid email address):



The Role selection allows you to specify the access the new user will have.


Once the "Create User" button has been clicked you will see the new Operator added to the "Dispatch/Operator Accounts" . The new operator will be sent and email asking them to confirm their email account:


Once the above steps are complete the "Dispatch/Operator Accounts" panel will look something like:
