This Extension is being actively developed. If you have 10 or more handsets with events or parallel teams who work independently this expansion could be useful for you. Please contact support to request this extension is enabled.
Creating Teams/Events
Teams are created by clicking on the 'plug' icon that can be found at the bottom of the side navigation:
Once you have clicked on this you can click the "Events" tab to show the events currently defined in for your organisation.
Editing a Team
Clicking the "Edit" button will take you to a screen that will allow you to edit most of the Team details:
Assigning Team Members
When editing a Team's details you can assign the "Operators" and "Terminals" to that team.
By default the owner of the organisations and operators with System access will be able to see event pages. Operators with "Event" access will need to be explicitly added.
