BroadNet's subscription handing scales effortlessly to meet your needs.
Please note: Subscription changes can only be made by the organisation owner.
To update your subscription, first navigate to the Subscriptions section of the BroadNet Portal.
Here you should see two boxes that detail your Current Allowance (how many subscriptions you have). If these currently say NONE, please see our article on setting up subscription.
Now scroll down to find a button labelled "Upgrade Subscription" and click it.
PTT Upgrade
In the PTT Subscription Upgrade section, you can now enter the total number of PTT subscriptions you need. (e.g. If you need 7 terminals working, you'll need 7 subscriptions).
If you already have subscriptions and are upgrading or downgrading, please remember to enter the new total number of subscriptions you require. (e.g. Currently running with 7 subscriptions but need to add 3 more, you would enter 10 as the new total).
To continue, click Setup Payments.
CSN Upgrade
In the CSN Subscription Upgrade section, you can now enter the total number of CSN subscriptions you need. (e.g. If you need 7 terminals with CSN, you'll need 7 subscriptions).
If you already have subscriptions and are upgrading or downgrading, please remember to enter the new total number of subscriptions you require. (e.g. Currently running with 7 subscriptions but need to add 3 more, you would enter 10 as the new total).
To continue, click Setup Payments.
You will now be directed to confirm pay for your new subscriptions through Stripe.
At BroadNet we value your security, and do not store any card details - all payment handling is done through Stripe.
Once your payment has been completed and processed, your Current Allowance should update to reflect your new subscription totals.
