Having created your account for the BroadNet Portal you are now ready to log in and start configuring your system
You should be presented with a screen something like this:
The first step is to update your organisations information here:
The Next step is to create your users. Click HERE to see help with creating Users ( Terminals)
Once you have created a user next you want to add some channels for your organisation. You can have as many channels as you like, and give different users different access rights. For example you may want a different channel for different types of units, or you may want a "managers" channel. *****IMPORTANT***** The name of the channel has to be unique this is because BroadNet has the facility to share your channels with other organisations you are partnered or working with, so you need to pick a non generic channel name. If your company is called, for example, TedMed and you wanted a channel called dispatch, you could call your first channel TMDispatch. If someone else on the system already has the name of the channel you enter, the system will not create the channel. Try again with a slightly different name.
